What we collect, and what happens to it
Last updated 8 October 2026
Who we are
Bid Desk is made by Boschly, based in South Africa. Questions about your information go to heinrich@bid-desk.us.
What we collect
When you sign up to see your Bid Desk results we keep your first name, your email address, which form you used, the campaign tags on the link you arrived by, the page that sent you, a rough country worked out from your connection, and your browser type. Our hosting provider also keeps standard request logs for a short time.
Your Bid Desk results
The three numbers you type in to see your results are worked out in your browser. We don't receive them and we don't keep them. What we keep is the first name and email address you unlocked it with, as described above.
What we use it for
To show you your results and send you a short series of follow-up emails about Bid Desk, and to see which links bring people here. Every email carries a link to unsubscribe, and one click takes you off the list.
Who else handles it
The site is hosted by Vercel and the list is stored with Supabase. The follow-up emails are sent by Resend, which holds your first name and email address to send them and to handle your unsubscribe. If you book a call, the calendar on the page is run by Cal.com, and what you enter there goes to Cal.com and to us. Each works under its own security terms. We do not sell your email, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Your sign-up stays on our list until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, the emails stop, and we keep your address only so that we never email you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to heinrich@bid-desk.us and we will reply within ten working days.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. After you sign up, your browser keeps one note with your first name and email address so it stays unlocked on your next visit. Clearing your browser data removes it. The booking calendar loads from Cal.com when you scroll near it, and anything it stores falls under Cal.com's own terms.
Documents you send for a build
Bids and documents sent to us for a Bid Desk build are covered by the agreement for that build, not by this page. They are used to build your Bid Desk and nothing else.
